Observation

2)c) There were several cords accessible to children: The printer cord in the dining room, the cords to the electric reclining sofas in the living room, the cords to the internet modem/router, a loose extension cord (that was not in use) behind the television stand in the living room, and a loose irrigation tube hanging on the patio outside. 2)d) There were some items stored in opened plastic bags on the shelves next to the dining area. The plastic bags were accessible to children. 4)f)iii) The pressure gate at the bottom of the stairway was not latching properly and appears to be in need of adjustment so that it can prevent child access to the stairway.
